Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on phantomstudiolabs.com, operated by Manaansh Srivastava (sole proprietor), trading as "Phantom Studio Labs", Delhi, India. It forms part of and should be read with our Terms of Service.

1. Nature of what you buy

Phantom Studio Labs sells prepaid credits that are consumed to generate digital media on demand. Credits and the media generated are digital goods delivered instantly. Because generation consumes computing resources and third-party costs the moment it runs, credits that have been used are generally non-refundable.

We offer free starter credits so you can test the Service and preview the quality of the output before purchasing. By purchasing, you confirm you have had the opportunity to evaluate the Service and understand what you are buying.

3. Automatic refunds for failed generations

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credits for that specific job are automatically returned to your account. You do not need to contact us for these — they are refunded in credits, not cash.

Approved monetary refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor. The time for the refund to appear depends on the processor and your bank, and is outside our control.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we want to help. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or in bad faith (for example, after consuming credits), is a breach of our Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your account and recovery of amounts owed. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law. Where such law grants you a non-waivable right to a refund, that right prevails.
